Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 1 days from the date of delivery of the products.

Once we receive the returned item then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order) post verification of the product at our warehouse. Refund shall be processed as per the applicable guidelines / notification / law passed by RBI from time to and it may take 07-14 days additional business days to reflect the same in your account.

1. Returns:
   We accept returns only if the product is damaged or if the wrong item was delivered to you. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us via WhatsAppwithin 1-2 days of receiving your order for a return or refund. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Exchanges:
   For size exchanges, a fee of 150-200 INR will apply depending on the item and the exchange process. Kindly ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To request an exchange, please reach out to us via WhatsApp within 1-2 days of receiving the item.
